We all love chocolate, but many people say that it's good
for your health, some people say it is not.
What is the true? I'm going to tell you.
Chocolate has a negative side and a positive side.
We'll first talk about the positive side :
Chocolate let the brain produce serotonin. And Serotonin give us the feeling of happiness. That's why people say that it's good when you're sad or depressive to eat chocolate.
It is proved that chocolate reduce the risk of having cancer or other heart diseases.
It's because chocolate has anti-oxidants.
According to many researches it says that if you eat chocolate while you're pregnant it will reduce pre-eclampsia. There is no cure for this, but if you eat chocolate you will decrease at least 19 - 40 % the chance.
Some negative things about chocolate :
The most important thing is that you can't eat much chocolate in a time,
because it makes you fat.
Some chocolates have hydrogenated oils in the chocolates.
Those are not good for your heart
- So if you want to eat chocolate while your sad or depressive, you can eat a bar chocolate
- If you are pregnant you can eat at least 1 or 2 chocolates in a week.
- Don't eat too much chocolate, because it's delicious!
